How to connect an Outlook calendar to Lucro

To connect your Outlook calendar into Lucro, you simply need to give Lucro your Published Calendar URL.

In order to get your Published Calendar URL, follow these steps:

  1. Login to Outlook.com with the email address of the calendar you wish to connect.

  2. Click the “Settings” cog icon, then from the Settings page, on the left hand side click on “Calendar” option.

  3. From there, just to the right will appear a list of options below “View” at the top:

  4. Select the “Shared calendars” option.

  5. From the menu on the right which then appears, scroll to the bottom to the “Publish a calendar” section.

  6. As you can see from the options above, click in the “Calendar” box and select “Calendar” and also in the box to the right to select the permission options for “Can view all details”.

  7. Then once the 2 boxes have been selected, click the blue “Publish” button to the right of the options to then generate the unique Publish calendar link.

  8. You then need to copy the top “HTML” URL to your clipboard.

  9. Once you have this Published Calendar URL, now go back to your Lucro portal and Go to the “User” main menu item.

  10. Select the User you wish to share the Published Calendar with (usually their own calendar) by clicking on the User’s name on left.

  11. Once you are now in the User’s record, now click on the “Edit” button in the left hand panel, below their name.

  12. Scroll down to the bottom of their profile where you will see the “Embedded Calendar” option.

  13. Now Paste the copied HTML Calendar code into the box below the title “Embedded Calendar Code”.

  14. Finally, click the “Submit” button to save the Calendar into the User’s profile.

  15. As soon as the changes have been saved, the new Calendar will instantly appear at the top of the menu bar below “Dashboard” and you’re all set!
