What is the Activity Feed, what does it show and who can see it

What is the Activity Feed?

The Activity Feed is a really helpful feature of Lucro which reports on all Activities from all areas of the portal to be displayed in one place. All Activities from within the Customer area as well as Lead and Contract Activities are all reported in the Activity Feed.

Activity Feed is a Premium feature and therefore only accessible via one of our Paid Plans - see our Pricing Page for an itemised breakdown of our Plans.

The Activity Feed dynamically updates in real-time and reports on all the following types of Activities:

  • Calls (requires VoIP connection)

  • Comments posted (on Leads and Contracts)

  • Emails sent (template emails only)

  • SMS sent

  • Meetings (scheduled and logged)

  • Tasks (marked completed on Leads and Contracts)

  • To Do (scheduled and logged)

In terms of who can see whose activities in the Activity Feed, this is summarised as:

  • Super Admin and Admin Users - can view ALL Users full activities.

  • General Users - can only see their OWN activities.
