What is the Leaderboard and how does it work?

The Leaderboard is a great Lucro feature which enables Team members working on Leads to see how they rank amongst their peers across multiple Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and who is the current “Leader” who ranks highest across the board.

Leaderboard is a Premium feature and therefore only accessible via one of our Paid Plans - see our Pricing Page for an itemised breakdown of our Plans.

The Leaderboard dynamically updates in real-time and measures the following criteria:

  • Comments posted

  • Tasks completed

  • New Leads

  • New Contracts

  • Fees

As you can see, based on the items being measured, the Users who appear in the table are primarily those working in the sales area of a business.

The metrics which appear in the Leaderboard are all dynamically calculated from all of the activities based around the Leads area of the system and therefore in order to use the Leaderboard functionality, you have Leads setup and Users updating the Leads as they progress the sales opportunities.

All of the figures which appear in the Leaderboard can be itemised if you click on the number to go down one level so see a full breakdown on all items which is a very useful tool for both Managers and Users to determine how their numbers are being calculated and can be used in performance reviews etc.

In terms of who can see whose statistics in the Leaderboard, this is summarised as:

  • Super Admin and Admin Users - can view ALL Users full statistics.

  • General Users - can only see their OWN rankings and statistics.

This is important as it protects data across the business and avoids General Users being able to see how many Leads and the level of activity of any other Team members and instead encourages them to strive to be ranked highest for the different metrics and achieve “Leader” status on a daily / weekly / monthly basis.

The Filter option enables the timeframe being reported to be adjusted accordingly for any historical period so enables businesses to rewards Leaders should they wish to do so and create a healthy competitive sales environment.
