What is the Service field?
The “Service” field is there to describe your businesses different Service/s. For example, if you were an insurance broker, you might have multiple services such as Buildings Insurance, Contents Insurance, Travel Insurance etc. You can enter as many Services as you wish and at any point in Lucro.
How do I add my own Services to Lucro?
To add your own Services into Lucro, simply go to the “System Settings” menu and then click “Services”. From there you will a list of existing Services which you can delete any you don’t want, or just leave them, it doesn’t matter.
To add your own Sources click the “Add Service” button (top right) and enter your new Service. You can add additional Services at any time and there is no limit, so add as many as you need!
How do I delete Services I don’t want?
Services can only be controlled by the Super Admin (SA) User.
To add / edit / delete a Service, simply go to the “System Settings” menu option and then click “Services” which displays a list of all current Services in your system.
To add a new Service, click the “Add Service” button top right.
To edit or delete an existing Service, select the “Actions” button to the right of the Service, choose your option from the list and then confirm your choice.
What is the difference between Service and Product?
A “Product” is an optional value which is effectively a variation of a “Service”.
Say for example you are an Insurance Broker, your “Services” might be values such as “Buildings Insurance”, “Contents Insurance” and “Travel Insurance” etc. For the Travel Insurance Service, you might therefore have further values for “Products” such as “Global”, “European”, “UK-only” etc.
Lucro enables you to combine Services with Products in order to give a very accurate record of the types of business you are conducting, which areas of your business are most popular and successful etc.
