What does the “Source” field mean?

The “Source” field is there to enable you to track where your Customers and Leads / enquiries are coming from. The Source of new business is very important for small businesses especially in order to track their marketing activities to determine which are working for them and equally those which aren’t.

When you start using Lucro, you simply need to enter all marketing sources which apply to your business – but don’t worry, we’ve given you a head-start by adding lots of the most common ones for you already.

You can add additional Sources at any time and there is no limit, so add as many as you need!
