There are 3 main ways to Log Customer Activities in Lucro:

We detail each of these 3 different options below.

Logging Activities on a Customer Record

  1. Go to the Customers menu and enter the Customer name in the top left search bar

  2. Click on the Customer name for the Customer record you wish to update.

  3. You will automatically be taken to the “Activities” tab which displays all Activities (both logged and scheduled) listed in Descending date order with most recent at the top.

  4. Click the “Log Activity” button on the top right of the panel to display the Logged Activity popup.

  5. In the popup window, enter all mandatory fields which are marked with a red star.

  6. Additionally, you can add a supporting Note to log more details around the Activity if you wish such as meeting / action notes etc, as well as the option to “create a follow-up activity”.

  7. A follow-up activity would be for example, the Customer has asked you to call back next week etc, then you can schedule this follow-up all from here in one simple action.

  8. Once all items have been added, hit the Submit button to save all information.

  9. Once this has been done, you will then automatically see the logged record appear in the Activities table.

Logging Activities on a Lead

  1. Go to the relevant Leads Menu to find your Lead. If you are not sure which status your Lead is (i.e. live, snoozed, closed, converted) then simply go to Leads List which lists ALL Leads ever added for your business.

  2. Use the Top left search bar to either enter your Lead ID, Company name or Contact name and the system does an instant dynamic search so you don’t need to hit enter.

  3. Once you have located the relevant Lead you wish to log activities for, there are 2 main Activities which can be logged on a Lead, which are:

    1. Mark a Task Completed

    2. Task Comments

Marking a Task Completed

  • Go to the right most “Action” column for the Lead and if there are Tasks still Outstanding / In Progress then the top-most option on the Action List is “Mark Completed”.

  • Simply select this option and the current Task (In Progress) will automatically be marked as completed.

  • The Workflow will then automatically move on to the next Task in the Workflow sequence which will now become the new In Progress Task.

Tasks Comments

  • Go to the right most “Action” column for the Lead and select the “Tasks” option which displays all of the Tasks for Lead workflow.

  • To add a Comment on any of the Tasks, simply select the “Edit” option from the Action List.

  • From the “Edit a Lead Task” popup window hit the “Add Comment” button which will then bring up the “Task Comment” box.

  • Enter your comments in the “Comment” box displayed and hit Submit to save.

  • This Comment will then automatically be posted onto the selected Lead Task and be date / timestamped accordingly.
