Can you provide Support if I need it?

Yes absolutely we are here to help and all our Support is provided directly in-house. Please note though that Lucro has been purposely designed to enable our clients to “self-serve” as much as possible in order to save them money as we fully appreciate that budgets can often be very limited in Small Businesses and every penny counts!

For that reason, we have our intelligent AI Help bot available on all pages throughout our system to enable you quick access to request Support whenever required. If our AI bot is unable to answer any of your questions, then simply request to “email support” and a support ticket will be raised for your individual request to which we shall respond asap.

Do you charge for Support?

We only charge for Support if it is for things such as Customised Data Uploads or bespoke items you wish us to build for you, such as automated importing of leads or new custom features etc.

Rest assured however, we don’t seek to generate major revenues from Support unlike our rivals and indeed, if we didn’t earn any money from Support we’d be very happy as its testimony to Lucro being simple to use and setup. Lucro has been purposely designed and built so that our Users’ are empowered to “Self-Serve” as much as possible, to save themselves considerable setup fees when compared with other CRM systems.

As all our Support is provided directly in-house, our charges are extremely competitive and minimal, since no expensive 3rd party support partners are involved.

Can you provide Custom features?

Yes we can, although this is not a core part of our offering, since Lucro has been designed to incorporate already all of the key features which Small and Micro Businesses require. However, if you require something such as connection to external leads sources / webhooks etc to enable lead to be automatically imported into Lucro, then this is certainly we can build for you on a chargeable basis.

Additionally, the Lucro system continually has new features being continually added to it as part of our ongoing enhancements.

If you have a specific feature you wish us to custom build for you, then send us a Support request with email subject “Custom Feature” and we shall review your requirements and provide a fixed price quotation to provide your custom feature. As all our Support is provided directly in-house, rest assured our Support charges are extremely competitive since no expensive 3rd party support partners are involved.

Can I request a new feature to be added to Lucro?

Yes absolutely and this is certainly something we encourage as we wish to build a Lucro Community for Small Business Owners whereby Lucro becomes the foundation of your business and it grows and evolves around your exacting needs.

We can’t have all the good ideas, so hence we need our clients and users to let us know what features would really help them in their day-to-day business and make their lives easier and more productive etc.

To request a new feature, simply email [email protected] with the subject of “Feature Request” and we shall review your request and respond once it has been fully considered. Please note, naturally we are unable to implement all requests and have to prioritise those we feel benefit the Lucro User Community the most.

Do you provide ability to automatically import leads from multiple sources &/or webhooks?

Yes this is something we can certainly build for you and customise to your exact requirements.
