Overcoming any potential issues with verification during the Sign-up Process

Lucro undertakes an email verification as part of the Sign-up process in order to validate account integrity and prevent spam accounts being created.

This email verification involves a 6 digit Verification Code being emailed instantly to the new User as the final step in the Sign-up process in order to verify their email account.

Once you receive this Verification Code in your inbox, simply enter the 6 digit code into the boxes on the Verification page of the Sign-up process to complete the Sign-up process so you can then login to Lucro and start using your new account instantly.

Please note, depending on your email provider and security settings, the Verification email can sometimes go into Spam / Junk folders so if you do not receive it in your Inbox always check these folders.

Verification Email / Code Not Received

If after checking your Junk / Spam folder you have not received the email with your 6 digit Verification Code then don't worry there is a solution!

To overcome not having received your Verification Code simply use the "Forgotten Password" facility via the link below:

Enter your registered email address into the box and click the "Submit" button to be sent an instant Password Reset email to your registered email address - again check your Junk / Spam folders just in case it's not received in your Inbox.

The Password Reset email will contain a link which is valid for only 1 hour and will require you to enter a new sign-in password for your account. Once completed, you can then Sign-in as normal using your registered Email address and account password.
